Level 2

Competitive

Level 2 transitions from training in quads to training competitively in doubles.  Athletes will continue growing skills while learning more strategy of the game, be equipped further with nutrition plans for recovery, have regular skills assessments, and compete more officially.

  • Training – dedicated training times and groups with skills experts to sharpen beach volleyball skills and address areas of improvement.  
  • Performance – individualized sports specific training program for athletes to continue growing strength, speed, power, and recovery.
  • Mentality – assessments, strategies, and techniques for athletes to develop a strong mindset and be at their best when under pressure.  Meet with an American mental training coach to take you through this process.
  • Recovery – advanced daily recovery modalities so athletes get the most from every training session. 
  • Nutrition – access to certified nutritionists who will guide you through proper nutrition to gain strength and recover well towards an athlete’s ideal body composition.

Primary skills focus – continued sharpening of skills while learning strategy, blocking calls, defense positions, serve receive passing
