Level 1

Foundational

The focus of Level 1 is to encourage a love of the sport, teach and grow basic fundamentals through engaging in social competition, and grow knowledge of sports performance training alongside mental training.  Beach volleyball will be trained in a quads format.

  • Camps – fundamental skills, skills drills, competitive drills, social competition
  • Performance – you will have access to and work with elite trainers who are equipped in sports performance training, prevention, and recovery expertise.
  • Mentality – assessments, strategies, and techniques for athletes to develop a strong mindset and be at their best when under pressure.
  • Recovery – advanced daily recovery modalities so athletes get the most from every training session. 

Primary skills focus – passing, setting, serving, hitting/shots
